Silverstream Estate Project

KAIAPOI.

Silverstream Estate is a residential development built in picturesque rural surroundings just outside of Kaiapoi. It offers streamside living and it’s large range of facilities contribute toward what is named a ‘community environment’.

Parks and playgrounds are scattered throughout the development for the shared enjoyment of its residents.

Twoman was contracted to do some the hardscaping for the parks within Silverstream Estate. The project involved Twoman building the footpaths, a pergola, the jetty, a lovely little rock beach, and a basketball court.
